I am surprised no one has caught the fact that the counter is wrong

I'm not getting why it is wrong. It currently says 1407--that is 311 days (today until Jan 20th 2006) + 365 (Jan 06-Jan 07) + 365 (Jan 07-Jan 08) + 366 (Jan 08-Jan 09)--Did I miss something, or did it get fixed?

The Clock assumes Bush will be in Office until 11:59:59pm on January 20, 2009. He will not. He will be in office only until 11:59:59am. it is off by 12 hours!
