Well Ive been working heaps this week which has kept me away from the computer and keeping my mind busy. So I havent really had the chance to blog lately.
But work is going great! Im really enjoying it and have been checkout chick this past week which has been fun meeting the customers as they leave and giving them a big smile and seeing the smile returned is great too.
One great bit of news though is that for the first time ever in the past 14 years of being HIV positive I am now undetectable!..
What does that mean?
Well it means the virus that is in my system is that low in volume that it is unable to be picked up by the latest tests that detect the virus... so at the moment it is less than 50 copies per ml of blood. That's such great news for me considering only 6 months ago it was greater than 100 000 copies per ml and 7 yrs ago it was 1 500 000 copies per ml. So what this means is that my body has a chance to build up my immune system without so much of an attack by the virus to the system. It means I am unlikely to get sick in the near future and that I can start to live more of a normal life.
This is great news! It means my latest medication regieme is working, the eating plan is going good and Im eating more, my body is looking much more healthy and my mind is becoming more sharp. Things are looking good at the moment.
