Well today is Day 1 for me and eating heaps. Im really full, but I feel good. Im gonna post on this blog cause the other one isnt working yet and I havent heard anything from the people Ive emailed. So ill post on here until its fixed.

Ok..so far today well today is nearly over considering its almost 1130pm Monday, ive eaten ..

For breakfast I had
2 eggs, on toast with mushrooms
Glass of Juice
Meal replacement powder and a mandarin.

For lunch I had a
Tuna and red pepper sandwich
Peanut butter sandwich

In the arvo I had:
cup of ecco
Miso Soup

For dinner my sister took me out and I had
Honey Chicken and rice

Later I had
Sultanas and dried apple
Packet of chips
Glass of Juice
Cup of coffee.

Now maybe that doesnt sound like alot but for me believe me it is!

Also I weighed in at 57.5kgs this morning.

I also sat down and worked out some of the protein, carbs and fats of some of the foods I normally eat. Looked for Zinc with Picolinate in it with Solgar and they dont distribute that particular product in Oz yet so Im gonna find out how I can get it sent over to me or if there is another brand in Oz with the same ingredients. They all seem to have only Zinc Chelate.

Im feeling full, but Im feeling good!

Hi Phoenixboi,

Sorry I've been absent but I had to do some job interviews and bits - they take a day to prepare and a day to go through but its all over now and I have A JOB!!!!!

On with the training program how many times a week do you want to train?

3 or 4 times a week probably would be best.
